The trip to Toulon went smooth. We arrived around 16:00 parked the car in the nearest garage, took out the neccesities and checked in to the BnB. While enjoying some cocktails in the harbour one of the most characteristic traditional sports of that region was going on.
The next morning we headed out into town after packing the car and found some really good coffee and wandered though town. While booking we didn’t take into account the fact that it’s Sunday… In France… So store wise the Monoprix was merely the highlight. Our bodies still had to adjust to the much higher temperatures. But in the shade it was ok really.
Here we went full tourist mode…
