Altough the bespoke items are purchased a while ago now, I’d like to tell you about this.
The Nikkor 28-75 f2.8 is swapped for the Nikkor Z 24-70mm f/2.8 S. It’s what you call an premium upgrade. What a difference! It’s clear this lense fully earns its place in the premium S-line. The lens delivers exceptional sharpness across the entire zoom range — already at f/2.8, and even more so when stopped down to f/4. Pictures posted after the trip to Belgium are proof!
So, the portait lense also got an significant upgrade. The 40mm/2 made place for the Nikkor Z 50mm f/1.8 S. Crazy sharp. I hope to find an opportunity to show you with some close-up photos. Having this lense makes our camera more versatile.
The last purchase, lensewise that is…, is the beautiful Nikkor Z 14-24mm f/2.8 S. The photo below shows a distinct difference.

This photo also shows another great asset… The Kase Armour 100 Master kit magnetic. For the observing enthusiastic, normally it wouldn’t be possible to have so much detail with only one photo. (no, it’s not an bracketed photo) With the special ring for the 14-24 the filters are firmly attached.
It looks like this:
