After a beautiful week on Corsica, it was time to pack our bags and clean the apartment. We had planned to do so on Sunday evening and Monday morning so we had all the time. While Nikki was napping and I was writing some text, I got a text from the ferry company stating that the line was canceled for a couple of days because of technical issues.
In order to reliviate some pent-up anger I’ll go full-throttle on this… Moby Lines seems to do this more often. And they have my sympathies on the fact that they have problem, but for christ sake, pick up the damn phone or at least respond to the messages we send. Really annoying. Not done with them yet 😒.
But we had to make a quick decision on how to proceed. Since our next booking for the week on Sardine was already made, spending an extra night somewhere else would be a waste. Other lines were fully booked, so the only option we could find was to go via mainland. (Basta > Livorno > Golfo Aranci)
