While often spoken about it, it took quite some time for my good friend George and I to plan a weekend ‘somewhere’ together. But, this weekend we finally hit the road and went to Belgium. George has been here before, for me it was the first time.
Leaving the NL at 1530 meant traffic jams… a lot… guess we won’t make that mistake again! But, around 2000 we arrived in Dinant. We checken in the (really nice and spacious) BnB and went into the city which is a 5 min stroll. At this time, we are still wondering were all the people went to. The city was empty! Luckily there was a restaurant opened.
