These magnificent birds are being lured by caught fish. However, if you just throw them in the water the fish will sink quickly. By putting air in them with a seringe they will stay afloat. Pretty smart.
After getting back to the dock we had some proper fish and chips for lunch. We then decided to go to The Fairy Glen. A bit late in the day, however it’s a small hike once there and the kids could move around a bit as well.

Unfortunately all near restaurants appear to be closed as we wanted to celebrate our stay on Skye. So on the way ‘home’ we stopped at the grocery store in Portree and cooked a nice meal. The kids went to bed on time because we had to pack the car. We were leaving the next day =(.
